一. What is a candy mold machine

The desktop candy machine is specially designed for small-scale production. Compact in size and space-saving, it can be used right on a workbench with exceptional ease of operation. Lightweight overall, it lowers the barrier to candy-making and serves as a user-friendly small food processing device that’s extremely easy to get started with.


二. Machine Components

1. Food-grade Hopper: Constructed entirely from stainless steel, it is designed for holding boiled syrup. With a 15L small capacity and an insulated lid, it is ideal for small-batch production.

2. Heating and Insulation Layer: Mounted on the outer side of the hopper, it controls the temperature at 40-60°C to prevent the syrup from hardening due to low temperature.

3. Italian Roller-Type Feeding Device: Featuring accurate feeding, high speed, and low error.

4. Three Servo Motors: They control feeding, conveying, and valve opening, respectively, and are characterized by small size, light weight, precise control, and fast response.

5. Siemens Touch Screen: As the "intelligent brain" of the machine, it supports one-click switching of different candy formulas for easy operation. Its precise and sensitive control ensures the stable quality of candies.

6. Conveying Device: Controlled by the touch screen, it can be matched with the feeding speed, replacing manual feeding and reducing the intensity of manual operation.

三. How the machine makes candies

Operation Procedure of Desktop Candy Filling Machine:

1. Before starting the machine, inspect all its components (food-grade hopper, Italian roller feeding device, servo motors, and conveying device) to ensure they are clean and free of impurities and that no foreign matter is present on parts in contact with syrup.

2. First, on the control panel, select the corresponding candy formula according to the type of candy to be produced for the day. Then set the parameters of feeding speed and conveying speed as required for production.

3. Turn on the heating function and preheat the hopper and pouring head first, keeping the temperature at 40-60℃. This prevents the syrup from cooling and solidifying, ensures smooth subsequent feeding, and eliminates the risk of material blockage.

4. Boil the mixed raw materials into a sugar syrup, pour it into the hopper, and cover the hopper with its lid to prevent dust from entering.

5. Start the machine; the servo motor for feeding control drives the feeding device to discharge material at a constant speed as set.

6. The servo motor for conveying control starts synchronously and matches the speed of the roller feeding device. The conveying device accurately transports the molds to the position below the discharge port, and the servo motor for valve opening control opens the valve precisely to inject syrup into the mold cavities. After the injection of the first row of syrup is completed, the valve closes. At this point, the conveying device drives the molds forward to start injecting the second row of syrup. Repeat the above steps until production is finished.


7. After production is completed, operate the panel to stop the machine; all components stop working synchronously, and the entire machine shuts down completely.

五. Daily Cleaning of candy filling machine

1. After each production run, pour out the excess syrup from the hopper.

2. Pour boiling water into the hopper, let the rollers reverse for a while, thoroughly clean the inside of the machine, and then open the valve to drain the sugar water. Repeat this process several times until the water drained at last is clear.

3. Remove the discharge nozzle, soak it in hot water, then scrape off the residue in the gaps with a cotton swab.

4. When cleaning the hopper and machine body, only wipe them with a warm damp cloth. Never splash water into the motors or electrical circuits to avoid the risk of damage to the electrical wiring.

5. Wait for all components to dry completely, then reassemble them one by one – this completes the cleaning process after production.

六. Cautions for Tabletop Candy Making Machine

1. When connecting the power supply, first check whether the power voltage matches the machine voltage. During wiring, distinguish between the live wire and the neutral wire carefully to avoid reversal. The equipment casing must be grounded to prevent the risk of electric leakage.

2. Before starting production, inspect the machine to check if any parts are loose or fallen off. If such conditions are found, promptly replace and tighten the screws.

3. If an abnormal noise is heard during operation, stop the machine for inspection immediately and first cut off the machine’s power supply. Do not repair the machine while it is running.

4. During machine operation, do not touch the heating parts with your hands to avoid the risk of scalding.

5. Do not run the machine for an extended period without any material loaded to prevent the motor from overheating.

6. Before pouring the boiled syrup into the hopper, turn on the heating function to preheat the hopper and pouring head first. Only pour the production syrup after the temperature reaches the set value to prevent the syrup from solidifying in the cold hopper and causing machine blockage.

7. After production, place the candy machine on a cool, dry, and flat tabletop. Do not place it in a humid environment to prevent the machine from getting damp and moldy, which may affect its next use.

8.Inspect the power cord for damage, all switch buttons for quick responsiveness, and the gears and transmission devices of all machine parts for wear every six months.
