一、What is a desktop candy filling machine

A desktop candy filling machine, also known as a desktop candy pouring machine, is food processing equipment specially designed for small-scale production or laboratory research and development DIY. It is mainly used to accurately inject liquid syrup, chocolate, pectin, and other raw materials into molds, cool them down, and form various shapes of candies, such as gummies, chocolates, etc. It is compact in size and easy to operate, making it a miniaturized version of traditional large-scale candy production lines, especially suitable for scenarios that do not require high output but require precision and flexibility.

二、 Structure of desktop candy pouring machine

1. Control system

The candy deposition filling machine adopts the internationally renowned Siemens PLC and touch screen control, with optional Chinese and English interfaces. All controls and parameter settings can be completed through touch screen operation, and the hopper insulation temperature is displayed and set in real-time.

2. Storage hopper

The storage hopper is used to hold syrup or chocolate raw material. The hopper size is about 17 L and can be heated by external electric heating skin insulation or thermal oil electric heating. The temperature can be set according to different materials to ensure that the materials will not solidify during the pouring process.  

3. Pouring system

The pouring system adopts dual servo motor control, with precise and stable feeding quantity, which can be adjusted accurately according to the required candy grams of different molds. The pouring nozzle position can be adjusted according to the mold hole position, and excess feeding nozzles can also be blocked with plugs.

4. Conveyor system

The candy mold machine conveyor belt is controlled by a servo motor and can set parameters according to the number and spacing of different molds, accurately conveying the molds to the bottom of the pouring nozzle. It can also be set to a single-person mode, and the molds will automatically return after pouring, making it convenient for one person to operate without having to run back later.

5. Electric control cabinet

The electrical control cabinet is located below the equipment and does not take up casting space. The center of gravity is low, making the machine more stable and easy to maintain.

四、How to use the desktop candy pouring machine

1. Connect the power cord of the desktop candy pouring machine.

2. Switch on the power supply of the equipment.

3. Set various parameters and the position of the pouring nozzle according to the mold size.

4. After the setup is completed, conduct a no-load test run and continuously adjust various parameters.

5. After preheating the equipment, pour the boiled syrup into the hopper.

6. Place the mold coated with release oil onto the conveyor belt.

7. Start the equipment, and after one mold is poured, replace the next mold to continue production.

8. After production, rinse the remaining syrup in the hopper with hot water to prevent clogging of the pouring nozzle.

五、Precautions for desktop candy pouring machine

1. The machine is fixed on a horizontal ground or table to prevent excessive vibration during operation.

2. The equipment needs to be poured with water first to test its functionality.

3. The temperature of the candy machine's heating system should be set according to the material to prevent solidification.

4. Parameters and pouring nozzle positions should be adjusted according to the mold.

5. Before the machine enters formal production, it must be preheated for 10-20 minutes to warm the heating tube and insulation layer. Only after the actual temperature reaches the set point can the production raw materials be poured in for manufacturing.

6. After machine production is completed, the hopper must be cleaned: pour in hot water, turn on the motor in reverse for cleaning, rotate for 5 minutes, then turn off the motor in reverse. Open the gate valve switch and start the motor in forward rotation to discharge the hot water from the pouring port. Repeat this process 4-5 times to thoroughly clean the hopper.
