So on January 4, 24, we received a message from Peter inquiring about the Fully automatic granola bar cutting machine in the mailbox of our OrangeMech website, and we immediately received Prter.
Costomer requirements
Peter Company can reserve a 20-meter-long open space for us to design a suitable granola bar press machine solution. They want this production line to be able to make oatmeal bars, oatmeal bars, nut bars, energy bars, granola bars, etc. The length of the bars needs to be adjustable between 50-10mm, and the width and thickness want to customize multiple molds. After the cooperation of our company's technical personnel and personnel from other departments, we finally designed a customer-satisfied solution at the end of February based on the customer's required floor area of 20 meters, as well as various voltage and power details.
1: Efficient production, excellent quality: First of all, it needs to meet the efficient production of about 400kg per hour, the quality of the finished product must be of top quality, the cut pieces must be uniform and beautiful, the high fiber content and the final finished product packaging must be perfect.
2: The intelligent control system must be sensitive and convenient to directly control the movement of the entire line. The most important thing is that it must be durable and must be a Siemens control system.
3: Hygiene and material requirements: The material of the equipment must be 304 stainless steel, and the hygiene must meet the national inspection standards of their country.
4: Human control: 2-3 people are required to fully operate a production line. We don’t want to spend too much on labor costs and want higher quality machines.
5: Modular design: The main purpose is to facilitate cleaning. After all, cleaning must be done well to achieve cleanliness and hygiene. The detachable modular design is more convenient.
OrangeMech's departments cooperated with the customer to determine the site conditions first, determine the perfect splicing size between each module machine, determine the industrial power supply voltage problem in Mexico, and the total power of the equipment. We use Siemens intelligent control system to customize molding equipment, cooling tunnels, cutting equipment, adhesive machinery and the final pillow packaging equipment according to customer needs. We made three types of molds for customers in width and thickness, large, medium and small, which is also convenient to meet the diverse size requirements of buyers. The material of the equipment is 304 material purchased in advance. After everything was finalized, we received a 30% deposit from the customer on February 25, and then we asked OrangeMech's senior workers with 12 years of experience in making machines to start ordering materials and strictly make a whole production line according to our technical design drawings and dimensions.
It took us a month to complete the granola bar package machine. We sent the video pictures of the inspection machine to the customer to accept the machine and confirm the situation. For the peace of mind of the customer, our sales staff specially inspected the machine online. Everything was ready. Peter was particularly satisfied. We received the final payment from their company on April 16. We arranged for sea transportation.
Finally, on June 20, Peter received our machine smoothly. Because we had assembled the machine roughly before delivery, the customer received the machine and assembled it directly, and it could be used after connecting it to the power supply. After Peter put the Fully automatic granola bar cutting machine into use, he sent us a message immediately, saying that he would recommend a customer to us. Now the health market is becoming more and more popular, and their friends also want to start making granola bars, but they just need to order from a small production line. Of course, we have no problem, and the next step is for us to talk to our Prter friends about the next production line.
After half a year of communication, design, production, transportation, receipt, and commissioning, the entire process between us and Peter was completely smooth.
