一:Important components of the marshmallow production line

1 Mixing barrel:

mainly used for mixing and stirring raw materials.

The main function of the mixing tank is to mix the syrup, pigment and flavor raw materials together. Stir continuously in the mixing tank. When the temperature in the tank reaches above 120℃, the sugar will reach the dissolving temperature to form syrup. When the syrup is formed, add food coloring and flavors to mix it into your favorite color and taste.

2 Cream forming machine:

There is a cooling and insulation system in the forming machine.

The prepared syrup is stirred at high speed in the cream forming machine. While in close contact with the air, the syrup will also form bubbles and become more fluffy.

3 Pouring device:

The pouring device is controlled by a servo motor, with precise pouring, low noise and strong stability.

Put the syrup that has become creamy into the pouring device, and apply the pouring mold to adjust the flow rate parameters.

4 Conveyor belt:

The conveyor belt adopts a servo motor, which is precise in pouring, anti-sticking, durable and easy to clean.

After the parameters are adjusted, it falls on the conveyor belt. The material of the conveyor belt is food-grade material. Don't worry about hygiene and safety issues. The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted according to the flow rate to better receive the marshmallows

5 Powdering device:

Sprinkle anti-sticking powder to prevent the sugar from sticking before solidification.

When the marshmallows fall off the conveyor belt, quickly open the powdering device and sprinkle anti-sticking powder on the surface of the marshmallows to prevent adhesion

6 Vibrating screen:

Collect and filter the marshmallows.

The last step, the high-speed vibrating vibrating screen, can filter out the undissolved syrup or excess impurities on the marshmallows to ensure uniform product quality.

Step 1: Raw material preparation before production

Prepare white sugar, glucose, water and gelatin in strict proportion.

Step 2: Cooking process

After the raw materials are prepared, put them into the mixing tank and stir them continuously. When the temperature reaches a certain level, the sugar will dissolve and form syrup

Step 3: Air contact and mixing

After the syrup is formed, you can add an appropriate amount of food coloring to allow the syrup to fully mix with the coloring to the color you want. After the syrup is formed, it rotates at high speed in the cream molding machine to contact enough air, which will produce bubbles and increase the fluffiness.

Step 4: Molding device

The heated syrup can be poured into the mold evenly through the pipe and pouring device according to the set flow rate

Step 5: Powdering

The syrup in the mold will reach the conveyor belt and enter the powdering device of the equipment to prevent the syrup from sticking

Step 6: Vibration to remove impurities and excess powder

The high-speed shaking of the vibrating screen removes excess powder and screens out sugar blocks that have not been successfully dissolved to ensure uniform quality.

1:Accurately control the syrup boiling temperature: Use a high-precision thermometer to control the temperature between 115-125℃. 2:Reasonably control the stirring time: Generally, the stirring time is about 5-15 minutes. 3: Accurately use coagulants: Accurately weigh the amount of coagulants such as gelatin according to the formula to ensure that the ratio of coagulants to raw materials such as syrup is appropriate.

1: Adjust the stirring speed: Generally speaking, the stirring speed is more appropriate between 1000-3000 rpm. 2:Optimize the design of the stirring paddle: Select a stirring paddle of the appropriate shape, size and angle, or improve the existing stirring paddle to improve the aeration efficiency. 3: Adjust the viscosity of the raw materials: By adjusting the concentration of the syrup, adding an appropriate amount of thickener or diluent, etc., the viscosity of the raw materials can reach the appropriate range.
