One is to treat "sugar gum base" (syrup, water and white sugar are boiled and mixed with melted gelatin in a cooling tank); The second is to treat "jam stuffing" (pectin, sugar and syrup are boiled into jam and cooled), and pretreatment is carried out in parallel in two lines. 


The pretreated sugar gum base is sent to the heat preservation tank, and then pumped into the color mixing tank to add pigment and essence and stir evenly. Jam and colored sugar solution are respectively transported to their respective castable hoppers. 


Before the syrup is injected into the mold, the speed, time and parameters need to be set in the PLC control system. Then, the automatic control system commands the pouring head to accurately inject the sugar solution with different colors and flavors (even the sandwich jam) into the mold with complex three-dimensional shape, send it into the cooling tunnel to quickly cool and shape the sugar solution in the mold, and finally leave the mold through an efficient pneumatic demoulding system.

According to the product requirements, the candy can enter the sand roller to wrap the sugar sand, and finally be transported to the packaging machine to complete the packaging.
