四、Precautions for using cotton candy production line

1.The machine pipeline connections must be secure to prevent material leakage during production.

2. The cold-hot integrated machine must be turned on in advance to preheat the pipelines and prevent the syrup from solidifying during transportation.

3. The pipeline before the whipping machine is equipped with a tubular filter, which requires regular cleaning to prevent mesh blockage from prolonged use.

4. The whipping machine is designed with a cooling water tank, which requires the addition of cooling water before use to cool the high-speed rotating seals.

5. Connect the air compressor before starting the machine.

6. The discharge outlet of the whipping machine is designed with a sampling port, allowing the density of the whipped product to be adjusted based on sampling.

7. Before production, the mixing unit must add pigments to the storage tank and mix them with the aerated syrup using a pigment pump to produce products in various colors.

8.The lower conveying mechanism of the forming machine is equipped with two powder-dropping mechanisms: one for spreading powder at the front and another for scattering powder at the rear, to prevent the sugar solution from adhering to the belt and causing incomplete forming.

9. The cutting mechanism requires you to adjust the cutting length according to different needs.
