All temperature gauges and timing devices integrated into the production equipment require scheduled, routine calibration to uphold the precision and dependability of all captured process data; in tandem, production processing parameters shall be adaptively adjusted in real time in response to fluctuations in ambient environmental temperature. Upon the conclusion of every individual production batch, critical process metrics—including core operating temperature and cycle duration—must be comprehensively documented, with ongoing refinement of the production workflow implemented via systematic analysis of the accumulated process dataset to ultimately achieve consistently stable, premium-grade finished marshmallow products.
Hygiene and safety in the production workshop must be strictly enforced. Floors, walls, and equipment should be carefully cleaned with disinfectant every day, and a full thorough disinfection shall be conducted weekly to completely eliminate bacterial contamination.
All production staff must put on clean work clothes, hats, masks, and gloves before entering the workshop and complete full cleaning and disinfection procedures. Only after meeting strict hygiene requirements can personnel take up their posts. In addition, all equipment parts in direct contact with food must be made of food-grade materials.
Regular inspections should be carried out to check for damage or rust, and any problems found must be handled in a timely manner.
