Product Introduction of the fruit drying oven


  This high Capacity Fruit Drying Oven or Universal Drying Machine, is equipped with noise-canceling & heat-stable axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system, its enclosed circulatory system design increases the drying oven thermal efficiency from traditional 3-7% to 35-45% at present, and the highest heat efficiency can be up to 70%.

1.This Fruit Drying Oven machine uses electric heating elements as the heat source.

2.The electrical source of baking oven is three-phase four-wire system.

3.The material of the Fruit Drying Oven is stainless steel,keep the machine durable using.

4. After switching on the electric power, please switch on the fan. The rotational direction of fan shall consist with the mark.

5. When adjust the space between two shutter vanes on both the right side and left side of the oven, try your best to make the passage area of hot airflow as large as possible (please pay attention to the top vane and the bottom vane that they can not be moved).

6.It is the greatest feature that most of the hot air is circulated within the oven, so as to strengthen the heat transfer and mass transfer and to save energy.

Parts Quantity and Requirement  of the Fruit Drying Oven.


Two drying cart(695*935*1430) was equipped on the Fruit Drying Oven, the hot circulation fan adopts 2 0.45 KW Axial flow fan, and 48 0.5mm drying trays are also adopted. There is dehumidifier fan besides the outlet. The controlling of the temperature is displayed by numbers automatically. Other parts are equipped as the standards in the business. This is the electric heating one.


Product parameter(specification) of the fruit drying oven

1. The internal wall of the Fruit Drying Oven uses 0.8mm stainless steel and the external wall use 1.2mm stainless steel. The frame was hold by the 5# angle iron

2. The drying cart was made by 38*38 or 38*25 stainless steel cube tube,the side rail was made by δ1.5 mm board stainless steel.

3. The drying tray was 0.5mm hand made plate.The size of the drying plate is 6408460*45mm.

4. Aluminum silicate heating preservation cotton is used for heating preservation. The thickness is 80mm.

5. The drying door sealing uses food grade silicone rubber circle (can be customized)
